Becoming a customer
At Aramco, our goal is to sell our hydrocarbon products in a safe, efficient, and customer-focused manner with the help of our talented and knowledgeable sales and support teams, and via effective processes and technologies.
All our potential customers are required to sign a sales agreement for purchasing our hydrocarbon products. There are different registration and qualification processes depending on factors such as the customer’s facility location, type of product required, and the intended usage.
To become an Aramco customer, you must first set up your Aramco customer account following these four simple steps:
Step 1. Fill-in the forms
Download, fill out, print, sign, and stamp (where requested) the following forms:
Step 2. Gather the documents
To complete your application, you will need to gather the following mandatory documents:
- Your commercial registration, which specifies the type of business, e.g., gas station, transporter, road construction, bunkering, etc.
- A bill for a mobile phone registered to the applicant or the company that has not previously been used in an Aramco registration application
- The end user(s) Iqama and Muqeem certificate (for non-Saudis only)
- Transport license (for distributers)

Step 4. Complete the sales agreement
After obtaining your username and password, please log in to the customer portal
to upload the required documents in order to complete your sales agreement and to communicate directly with our representatives.
