The Mobility & Logistics Services Department is responsible for providing, managing and maintaining varieties of light, heavy and industrial fleet on a permanent and temporary basis, efficiently, and in a cost-effective manner to support Aramco’s operations Kingdom wide.

1. Crane Rental Services

Crane Rental Services consist of providing certain types and capacities of cranes, according to Saudi Aramco specifications, on a limited long-term rental basis, to be fully maintained and kept in top working condition at all times. Cranes must be ready to be operated by Saudi Aramco personnel Kingdom wide. Contractors shall furnish all labor, equipment, and material required to perform the work.

2. General Cargo Services

General Cargo Services includes companies prequalified to provide powered and non- powered equipment to collect and deliver general cargo materials, fluids, and specialized cargo within Saudi Arabia on a 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis.

3. Rental Vehicles Services

Rental Vehicles Services includes companies prequalified to rent vehicles to Saudi Aramco according to the quantities, delivery schedules, and specifications provided by Saudi Aramco. Rented vehicles will be available exclusively to Saudi Aramco and/or its designees as authorized users of the Vehicles, twenty-four (24) hours per day, and seven (7) days per week, during the entire validity period of the Contract or Contract Release Purchase Order (CRPO). The rental vehicles shall have valid Registration and motor vehicle safety inspection, as well as insurances compliant to the minimum legal requirement or as mandated by Saudi Aramco. Companies shall manage the timely maintenance and immediate repairs or replacement of Vehicles, according to the terms and conditions of the contract. Rental vehicles shall fully comply with the standards of the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization.
