The New Business Development (NBD) Third Party Projects is for Aramco's non-core oil and gas real estate projects executed through third party investment vehicles, including the following business models:

• Build Own Operate and Transfer (BOOT)
  
  
• Build Own Operate (BOO)
  
  
• Design Build Operate (DBO)

Third Party Non-Industrial Projects

Third Party Non-Industrial Projects includes prequalified local, regional and international companies/consortiums with proven track records in the fields of non-industrial real estate development, investment and financing, design, construction, and facility operations and management.

Aramco's non-core oil and gas non-industrial projects include the following:

• Building construction of commercial buildings, schools, clinics, laboratories, dining halls, support shops, security gates, high-rise buildings, and iconic landmarks and buildings
  
  
• Residential housing compounds
  
  
• Parking structures
  
  Suppliers must be capable of providing the financing and investment, design, procurement, construction, facility operation, and management of the project.
