Total Integrated Facilities Management (TIFM)
TIFM work scope will include the following services:
- Hard Services: including, but not limited to, operation & maintenance of office & residential buildings, home appliances, HVAC, elevators, underground & utilities, etc.
- Soft Services: including, but not limited to, gardening & pest control, janitorial & housekeeping, recreation & housing operation, office services, sanitation & waste management, concession services.
- Food Services: including, but not limited to, operation of dining facilities, snack bars, coffee stations, hospitality & event management.
Facilities Management – Hard Services
The work scope includes, but not limited to, the operation & maintenance of office & residential buildings, home appliances, HVAC, elevators, and underground & utilities.Facilities Management – Soft Services

The work scope includes, but not limited to, furnishing all necessary manpower, tools and equipment to safely and efficiently perform janitorial services for Saudi Aramco such as floor cleaning, exterior window cleaning, interior glass cleaning, walls cleaning, and other related services.Catering Services
Catering Services consists of food preparation and service, and the operation of dining facilities, as well as providing snack and coffee services. Contractors shall furnish all labor, equipment, and material required to perform the work.Contracting opportunities
