Retiree Services website User Guide

The Retiree Services website has been developed for Saudi Arab retirees so you have quick and easy access to all of the services available to you.

Please follow the steps below to get started using the Retiree Services website.

1. Request a username by calling 1HR at 013-877-7777, or by visiting your nearest HR service center after retirement (see locations below).
2. Create your account password by calling (013) 872-2222 option 7 then 1, and follow the given instructions. (Please wait 30 minutes before logging in using your new password).
3. Access the Retiree Services website through one of the following ways:
    › From a computer: Portal.aramco.com
    › From a mobile device (phone or tablet): Mobile.aramco.com
    › From Saudi Aramco.com: www.saudiaramco.com/en/retiree.
         › Click on the e-services portal in the top right

Once the site opens on your computer or mobile device please follow the steps below:

    1. Type in your username and password
    2. Click on Log On
    3. An SMS code will be sent to your registered mobile number (this will occur every time you log on)

Once the home page of the Retiree Service website opens you will find a convenient list of all of the services.

• If you forget your username or you need to change your mobile phone number, call 1HR (013) 877-7777.

• If you experience technical issues, please call IT on (013) 872-2222 option 7 then option 3.
